Order & Shipping Policies

ORDER CORRESPONDANCE

All correspondences regarding your orders from Blackbraid.us (Including order confirmations, tracking information, etc.) will be sent from contact@blackbraid.us, sales@wolfmountainproductions.com, or tracking@shipstation.com.

If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking emails; please make sure to check your SPAM folder for these messages.
To avoid our emails being filtered, please check the “Spam” folder in your email. If you find our email there please select the confirmation message and click “Not Spam” to add us onto your known email recipients. This will help future messages to get through.

If you have any questions regarding an order you have placed, please email sales@wolfmountainproductions.com.

Please do not contact us via social media with any questions regarding your order. All webstore support is handled via email. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed for shipment within 7 business days.

This does not apply to items marked as “Pre-order” or “Pre-sale”; which will include an estimated time-frame for when the pre-sale products will be available to begin shipping

A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided when you placed your order once your package has been packed and is ready to ship. Please be sure that this is an email address you check regularly and that it is typed correctly.

Some items may ship from different locations. If this is the case for an item in your order, additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

 

SHIPMENT METHODS AND TIMES

All Blackbraid.us webstore orders ship from the US and are sent via USPS & UPS & most domestic shipments arrive within 2-5 business days.

Most International orders arrive within 7-24 days, however delivery times can vary greatly depending on the recipient’s location.
International orders are initiated via USPS and then transferred to your country’s customs offices and/or local postal carriers for delivery completion.

Please keep in mind that the delivery times on our pages are just estimations, not guaranteed delivery times.

All orders of physical items (Excluding orders of just fabric patches and/or stickers) will receive parcel tracking information via email once an order is packed shipment.
Orders of just fabric patches and/or stickers are sent in untracked, stamped, envelopes in order to keep the postage rates on these small items reasonable.

 

SHIPPING MATERIALS  

Orders of 1-2 Vinyl LPs are shipped in corner protecting mailers. orders containing more than 2 LPs or bundled with other products will be shipped in larger boxes to accommodate the order. Orders of 1 LP & 1 garment will still be shipped in mailers when garment size allows. Orders of single copies of “Blackbraid I” may ship in generic LP mailers. 
We do not take requests for customized packing methods and/or additional packing materials for LPs. 

Orders of just CD’s ship in ultra-lite CD Gator mailers for fast & affordable delivery. CD’s are shipped using USPS First Class mail, we do not use USPS Media Mail. 

Orders of just patches are shipped via stamped envelopes. Orders of just patches do not include order tracking in-order to keep the shipping rates on these items reasonable. 

Orders are shipped using recycled/re-purposed materials wherever possible; this may include mixed colors of packing materials and/or packaging featuring third-party logos. We prioritize sustainability & waste reduction over aesthetics and presentation packaging. Specialty gift wrap is not offered.   

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.
Customs forms for Blackbraid.us orders will be marked as “merchandise” and with their actual purchase value; Orders will not be marked as “Gift” or with falsified values to avoid import taxes.
Blackbraid.us is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We also highly recommend that international buyers provide valid phone numbers and follow their order tracking information closely. Often times your countries customs department may need to reach out to you after receiving the parcel and if they have any trouble contacting you, they may return your parcel as “Unclaimed”.  

Orders returned to sender as “unclaimed”, “duties unpaid/rejected by receiver”, or “undeliverable” will be refunded sans-shipping costs.

Sometimes, delivery notices left in mailboxes tend to get lost in between all the junk. If your international order has shipped, and you haven’t received it within the 10-30 business days, check your local post office to ask if there are any orders from WOLF MOUNTAIN as this is the shipping name we use on our packages. Your order might be waiting for you there.

GERMAN customers: Please note that your countries regulations for fees on imported goods have changed as of 2021. Please see this Deutsche Post announcement for details

 

SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipping costs from Blackbraid.us are dependent on the item’s weight, packed dimensions, & destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in USD.

While all goods ship from the United States; some items may ship from different locations. If this is the case for an item in your order, additional shipping fees will be automatically charged at checkout.

 

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping times; please first refer to the tracking information provided to see if your order is still in transit or if there was a problem with delivery to your address.

If your parcel is determined missing by USPS, please contact sales@wolfmountainproductions.com to arrange a refund or replacement. Please note that USPS will not consider a package as “Missing” until 30 days after the last tracking scan. 

If your parcel is damaged in transit; please email photos of the damaged shipping packaging & damaged goods to sales@wolfmountainproductions.com within 48hrs of receipt. This is required in order to file a damage report with the postal services. Replacements for damaged goods cannot be issued without photographic proof of the damaged shipping packaging or more than 48hrs after confirmed parcel delivery. 
Please note that minor “bumps” to the corners of paper LP sleeve or gatefold packaging are not eligible for damage claims with USPS; however larger bends, dents, water damage, and visible warping can be claimed and covered as damage.
While all LPs are padded for shipment; if you want to ensure your LP’s arrive without “corner bumps”, please order your LPs in quantities less than 2 and without additional merch items to ensure your LPs can be shipped in our corner protecting LP mailers. Please reference the “Packing Materials” section above for further information.  

If USPS has confirmed an order as delivered but you are unable to find the parcel; we are unable to replace or refund these orders. In these cases you will need to work with the postal service to locate the parcel. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: In most cases, delivery delays of international orders are due to packages being held by your country’s customs office for import duties and/or taxes owed. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order and Blackbraid.us is not responsible for delays due to customs or packages returned to sender by customs for lack of required action on behalf of the recipient.

Orders returned to sender as “undeliverable” will be refunded sans-shipping costs.

 

DIGITAL MOCKUP ACCURACY

We do our best to ensure the digital mocks displayed of our products are as accurate as possible. However please be aware thats some screens may display colors differently than others & because of this the colors of your printed products may differ form the digital mockup. 

Also, please be aware that the sizing & placement of screen-printed images on garments may very depending on the garment’s physical size. The digital Mockups intended to display the average size & placement of printed graphics on the garment.

 

PRINTED GARMENT CARE & LONGEVITY

Most apparel merchandise on this website (shits, hoodies, ext) are our graphics printed onto pre-existing blank garments. Product listings include the brand/model number of the blank garment used to aid customers in ordering the correct size & to be as transparent as possible about the garments being purchased. 

Please note that the garments are not washed after being printed and may have a faint vinegar/chemical smell from the printing process. This will be removed in washing. 

Printed garments also may crack and/or peel slightly over time with repeated use and washing; this is a normal feature of printed garments. Print cracking on very thin lines or small pointed corners is especially common. The best practice for preserving the quality of your printed garments is to wash them inside out and air dry them. 

 

AUTOGRAPHS

This webstore does not offer autographed products. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do allow returns & exchanges of unworn, unwashed, garments & unopened media within 7 days of delivery.
Blackbraid.com is not responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or undamaged returns.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email sales@wolfmountainproductions.com to let us know how you would like to proceed.

*Please note that as Blackbraid is an independent project; most of the merchandise is produced in small or limited batches. Therefore we cannot guarantee all sizes of a particular garment will be available for exchange.

*Custom and/or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a defect with the product.
